Cuvée Devín is a boutique wine, the result of a team-work of the free-lance oenologist Edita Ďurčová with the excellent vintners Margita & Ladislav Šebo and Milan Pavelka. It represents the diversity of the Small Carpathian vinyards emphasized with the blend of parent-offspring related varieties Devín (an original Slovak crossing) and Traminer. Delicate aroma of roses, apricots, sweet herbs and honey, smooth and fruity, with racy acidity on the palate, long and spicy finish. Serve chilled with poultry in sweet&sour sauce, pate, goat cheese or Camembert.
