Editio Vinifera is a unique product line focused on original wines with a regional character.
The base of this blend is Nitria, a unique indigenous crossing „designed“ to match Slovak terroir, French classique represented by Cabernet Sauvignon and traditional Centro-European Frankovka modrá. They all come from the family vineyards of Karol Motyka, Margita and Ladislav Šebo. A limited edition representing the Slovak singularity within the context of the European wine identity, is a result of a team-work of these top vintners and the oenologist Edita Ďurčová. The wine has been matured on fine lees with occasional stirring to get a creamy texture and a better structure.
Tasting notes:
Elegant, rather pale salmon pink hue, floral notes of white rose. Decent aroma of white and pink rose petals, honeysuckle and violets.
The attack is bone-dry and zesty, with mouth-watering integrated acidity and moderate alcohol. It is sappy and fruity on the palet with pomelo, passion-fruit, wild cherries and strawberries. The finish is creamy, with a touch of wild peaches, well balanced, long and appealing.
Serve at 10-12°C as an aperitif or with stewed vegetables, pasta, mushrooms, lamb or fruit deserts.
Summer recommendation: Pour in a big glass. Add a handful of frozen raspberries. Cheers!

Legend has it that the Empress Maria Theresa would serve her favourite “red burgundy from Čachtice” at her Court only at special occasions. Her husband, Francis of Lorraine, the Holy Roman Emperor and Grand Duke of Tuscany, founded the first textile manufactures in the Habsburg monarchy to employ the blueprint decoration technique. They were situated in the territory of current Slovakia.
The noble Pinot Noir of the excellent vintage 2018 is the base of this limited wine edition, devoted to the memory of the famous monarch. Uncleared, unfiltered. May throw sediment. Should be decanted before serving.

Maybe just as this cuvée of the noble Merlot and Pinot Noir of the excellent vintage 2018, from our own vineyards. Aged in oak barrels for two years. No fining or filtration. May throw sediment. Should be decanted before serving.

Selected grapes from old bush vines with low yields that give concentration. Hand harvested with a double selection table at the arrival in the winery. Temperature-controlled fermentation. Malolactic fermentation takes place in tank and in French oak barrels. 24 months aging in high quality French oak Bordeaux barrels (225 l) and minimum 36 months posterior refinement in the bottle before the release on the market.
Intense cherry red color, opaque robe of profound depth, thick, slow-moving tears. Powerful, intense nose of ripe fruits, mixed with notes of spice and leather from aging in French oak. Blackberry and raspberry are interlaced with aromatic herbs, spices and some toasted notes. Balanced and fleshy on the palate. It leaves a long, intense finish of ripe fruit and round, noble tannins.
Serve at 16-18°C, best in a decanter.
Pairs well with dishes of large and small game, wild boar, venison, roe deer, roasted or stewed red meat, beef, pork or lamb with French-style sauces or aromatic herb dressings. It makes a nice match if served with mature cheeses or dark chocolate (70% cocoa).

The grapes come from selected vineyards on the Valencian
Altoplano (high plains), where there is a perfect combination of
Mediterranean and Continental (inland) climates. The clay soils and a north facing orientation enables these grapes to reach a balanced
maturity, with a smooth acidity and a fruity character.
Cava Sutra has pale yellow and brilliant colour, with very delicate
bubbles and a creamy froth.
On the nose, the intensity of white fruits stands out, combined in a
balanced way with citric notes that contribute freshness and
youth. In the mouth, it is round and velvety, smooth on the palate
but intense with delicate bubbles, welll integrated and invites
repetition.
Ideal for drinking with almost any culinary dish. Especially
recommended for drinking and enjoying in the best company.
Without doubt the Kama Sutra is one the most important books in our history; about love, complicity and the
human anatomy. And as our cava is made for pleasure, we thought we would pay homage to this timeless work of

Tempranillo from bush vines over 30 years old located in the Sierra Cantabria foothills and the lower course of the Najerilla river.
The vineyards are rooted in alluvial and limestone-clayish soils. The former type contributes ripeness and elegance, while the latter instills structure and silkiness.
Grapes were handpicked in 200 kg crates and sorted by hand at the winery.
3 days of prefermentative maceration at a low temperature, with daily remontages and delestages during temperature controlled fermentation in cone shaped stainless steel vats. Aged for 18
months in new and second year oak barrels of French and American (50% each), followed by 2 years of bottle ageing in our cellar.
Clean and shiny, dark red cherry color. Very expressive nose, the tertiary bouquets includes vanilla, cocoa and orange peel. The variety’s aromas also convey dark and candied fruit. This wine is round and fresh on the palate, with a fine acidity, silky tannins and fruit-driven aftertaste. It clearly displays the characteristics of a classic Reserva from the Barrio de la Estación in Haro.

Cherry red, clear and bright, middle layer. High intensity on the nose, with elegance and finesse at the forefront. Lots of red fruit, strawberry, creamy and delicate but very fragrant. Strong aroma, with mineral and saline notes. On the palate it is balanced with
good vertical acidity but persistent, fruity. Faithful representation of the Garnacha vineyards grown in cold areas in an unusual soil for Rioja.

Old bush-trained Tempranillo vines (95%) that are aproximately 80 years old, along with a small portion of Graciano (5%), grown on small plots around the village of Leza in Rioja Alavesa, at the foot of
the Sierra Cantabria. Poor soils with a high limestone content helps
create structured wines with an exceptional tannin
concentration. The landscape consists of south-facing slopes and gentle plateaus, where vineyards intermingle with old oak trees. This spontaneous vegetation is indicative of the area’s marked
Atlantic influence, which clearly contributes to this wine’s freshness and balance.
Grapes were handpicked in 15 kg crates and then hand sorted at the winery. Traditional elaboration with fermentation in an open
stainless steel vat, autochthonous yeast. Gentle plunging the cap to carefully extract noble tannins from the skin. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, with a specially selected toast so as not to interfere with the pure original expression of this wine.
Deep ruby red color, clean and bright. Elegant from the start, with intense fruit, ripe fruit, licorice, with characteristic features of terroir, very complex. Full and powerful on the palate, but with millimeter balance. Savory and fresh, faithful to the place where it is born.
Serve in a decanter at 16-18°C.
Pairs well with top quality beef or game, but You may enjoy it on its own as this is a "meditation" wine with an unbelievable personality and potencial.
