MIRUS, from latin: marvellous, wonderful, unusual, suprising. Premium Cuvée MIRUS is a boutique wine, a result of a joint-venture of the legendary vigneron from Château Belá, Miro Petrech, and the free-lance oenologist Edita Ďurčová. It represents the marvellous terroir of Mužla vineyards overlooking Danube. This unusual blend of Pinot Noir, Lagrein, Cabernet Sauvignon and Alibernet -different yet parent-offspring related varieties - is surprisingly elegant, balanced and harmonious wine. Serve with steak or venison.
Uncleared, unfiltered. May throw sediment. Recommended to serve after aeration through a decanter.
