Dunaj, a unique new indigenous crossing „designed“ to match Slovak terroir, is the base of this limited wine edition, complemented by Merlot – a French classic. The grapes come from Čachtice vineyards, with calcareous-clay soil. This blend is full and complex on the palate, with black fruit and spicy flavours, tangy acidity, chocolate tannins and a long finish. Uncleared, unfiltered. May throw sediment. Should be decanted before serving. Serve at 14-16°C.
