The limited wine edition has the name after the mysterious Elisabeth Báthory, beautiful and powerful countess of Čachtice, infamous for her cruelty. She would like intense, dark wines on her table. Maybe just as this cuvée of the noble Merlot and Pinot Noir of the excellent vintage 2018, from our own vineyards. Aged in oak barrels for two years. No fining or filtration. May throw sediment. Should be decanted before serving.
